Share your fun and laughter that you experienced at the Fall Farm Market and Pumpkin Patch by submitting your photos to the Pumpkin Patch Photo Contest. The winning submission receives a $50.00 gift certificate from Burke Nursery & Garden Centre.

What to submit

There is a limit of two (2) pictures per family submitted to the contest. In addition to photographs, the following information needs to be submitted: Your full name, street address, telephone number, and email address.

Just submit this information to info@burkenursery.com. The pictures are featured on our Facebook, Website, and Instagram pages.

The following is not eligible for consideration

Sorry, but prior winners and photographs submitted in prior year competitions are not eligible for consideration in this year’s contest.

The contest rules

You retain the rights to your photographs; however, by entering the contest, you grant Burke Nursery & Garden Centre (and those authorized by Burke Nursery & Garden Centre) a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or later developed, for any Burke Nursery & Garden Centre purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotion related to Burke Nursery & Garden Centre, and the Fall Farm Market and Pumpkin Patch. Burke Nursery & Garden Centre will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.

Who may enter

Individuals who are 18 years or older, except for previous winners or employees of Burke Nursery & Garden Centre and The Fall Farm Market. Burke Nursery & Garden Centre will determine the winner’s eligibility at its sole discretion.

Terms and entry deadline for the Photo Contest

Burke Nursery & Garden Centre’s Pumpkin Patch Photo Contest begins Friday, September 20, 2024 and ends Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 11:00 pm EST. By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the rules of the contest, states that they are age 18 or older, and has permission to submit the photograph(s).

Judging for the Photo Contest

Judging of the annual contest will be conducted by the staff of Burke Nursery & Garden Centre. The winning photograph will be announced no later than Thursday, December 5, 2024.
